Don’t just take our word for it! The Independent reporters at Derbyshire Live went undercover and visited Little Dessert Shop in Chesterfield and picked up the football-themed "Stadia Box" that has launched just in time for the FIFA world cup 2022!
The news outlet spoke about the various special edition products that have been unveiled by takeaways, restaurants and fast-food outlets. “On the cards will be the usual special edition burgers, cakes, and desserts, and it's the latter that caught our eye.” they reported.
We're ecstatic that the "Stadia Box" has caught their eye and were even more excited about what they had to say about it! Read on to hear their honest unbiased opinion.
"National chain Little Dessert Shop has released its offering to tempt those settling down to enjoy the tournament to part with their money. You'll have to part with quite a bit of money for the Stadia Box, currently on offer at the company's only Derbyshire outlet in Chesterfield.
For £49.95 you get a box full of food, and what a box, measuring 24 inches by 21.6 inches, the Stadia Box is, as the name would suggest, set out like a football stadium complete with a pitch in the middle. Surrounding the pitch, which also includes three chocolate footballs so you can have a game of finger football, is a selection of different snacks and party food for you to enjoy while watching the World Cup."
The local news outlet reported their amazement at the sheer size of the product, highlighting the exact measurements of the box! They also touched upon the price of the box and went on to discuss just how much food and fun you get from the "Stadia Box".
"Starting at one end of the box you'll find a large helping of tortilla chips and a large pot of melted nacho cheese sauce perfect for dipping. Next are Pretzels, salted peanuts, small cubes of fudgy chocolate chip brownies, and a large helping of both salt and sweet popcorn.
Then you come across another large pot of dip, this time you have a choice here, you can have either milk chocolate, white chocolate, hazelnut, white chocolate hazelnut, or Salted Caramel. We picked Salted Caramel and found it perfect for dipping in the waffle pieces and fresh strawberries with the final section being a variety of pic and mix sweets"
The article spoke about how two people toon on the challenge to finish the box alone, however, a number of days later and the snacks are still flowing!
Although the article highlighted the high price of the product, they went on to report the versatility and quantity received.
"In terms of something on offer, we think it's a brilliant idea, especially with the football pitch at the heart of the box."
We have to agree there! The spectacular "Stadia Box" is a brilliant way of bringing everyone together during the World Cup! There is plenty to go around!
"Yes, attempting it with only two people was a tall order but we felt that if you had four or six of you around to watch the World Cup or for Halloween, Bonfire Night, or just a night in party then there would be enough for people to enjoy while not going over the top. Plus you have the added attraction of a bit of finger football as well, you could even turn it into a reward, score a goal and get a snack of your choice."
We couldn't agree more! Get hosting the whole team when you order the "Stadia Box" because it's a feeder! Don't forget! The Stadia Box is reusable throughout the festivities so you can make the most out of your box!
The "Stadia Box" is also an awesome gift for football-themed birthday parties, or for that football-crazy special someone! Order Online Now!
